  I bought a Swopper, the Goldtouch Go travel keyboard, and an Evoluent Mouse from The Human Solution and am very happy with the service I got and love the products as well. They talked me into the Goldtouch Go keyboard and I love it so much, I use it in place of my regular keyboard when at home and not just on the road as I intended. The Swopper took about a week and a half to arrive but they told me that when I placed the order as it was custom built. I searched their website and had a few questions regarding keyboards so I called them and my call was answered by a very pleasant and intelligent woman named Kara. She answered my questions and pointed me to the Go which she said was a brand new product. We then talked about chairs and mice and she really helped me be sure I was ordering the right products for my needs.I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

  Excellent products and quick delivery. The prices were great considering the service they offer. Really a good solid ergonomic product site. Only complaint is that I had to leave a message on their 800 number but my call was returned in less than 30 minutes.

  Their website says, "Free Ground shipping! Ships within 24 hours from warehouses." I ordered a chair five days ago and it didn't ship until yesterday, and won't arrive for another three days. I called a couple of times and they told me they were waiting for the tracking number with no explanation for the delay. In my opinion, the information on the website is deceptive, and I would warn people not to expect to get their order on time from this company. I wish I could say something about the chair, but it is still somewhere on the road in California. I sold my old office chair already and all I have is lawn furniture until this thing arrives.

  I recently ordered a Steelcase Amia ergonomic office chair for my wife's sewing room from The Human Solution. The Human Solution sales staff was extremely helpful in pointing me to a chair that would best meet her needs. The Amia chair turned out to be the perfect chair, as she needed a chair whose armrests adjust down to fit under her sewing table. The chair also has adjustable lumbar support, a seat slider, adjustable back tension, and comes in a wide array of colors. Getting a top quality chair was very important, as she can now sit up straight, with good posture and rest her arms at the correct height.The price was very competetive and our chair arrived promptly in 3 days as promised.I am going to give first priority to The Human Solution for all my future ergonomic purchases.

  I ordered the white Goldtouch Apple keyboard and Quill computer mouse from thehumansolution.com. Both items arrived on time and with no problems. I LOVE the goldtouch apple keyboard but its taking time to get used to a vertical mouse like the quill. Overall, a great experience with thehumansolution.com
