Oolongs increase metabolism, aid digestion & weight loss and ease eczema and psoriasis symptoms.

The Da Hong Pao Exquisite is an unusually delicous tea. The chocolatey scent from its well-roasted dry leaves is a fantastic beginning for a gongfu tea experience that delights. I found the tea to have good body, a lovely amber liquor and delicious fruit and floral interchanges between brews. I got seven solid brews from a six gram package in a 4oz teapot, and probably could have kept going. I will definitely re-order this tea as a special treat to have on hand.

The phrase 'Black Tea' is used as a generic name for all Camelia sinensis teas. The major Black Tea types, from the traditional black tea evergeen (Camellia sinensis), classified according to processing method, include: fermented, or black, tea, producing an amber-coloured, full-flavoured beverage without bitterness; semi-fermented, or oolong, producing a slightly bitter, light brownish-green liquid; and unfermented, or green, tea, resulting in a mild, slightly bitter, pale greenish-yellow beverage.
